Felicia Harris, President & CEO

 

Since graduating from Howard University in 2008 with a BBA in Marketing, Felicia has lived and worked in New York City, the District of Columbia and Philadelphia with various businesses and nonprofit organizations to strengthen their impact across the region through organizational development, brand strategy, fundraising and marketing. She is Principal of HiTouch Enterprises, a full service Strategic Communications and Development Firm that uses  innovative fundraising, event planning, and brand strategy to support the growth of nonprofits, small businesses and public figures based in Philadelphia.

In addition to her professional career, Felicia works every day encouraging families, students and other leaders to use their voices to advocate for quality education, reduce violence, hold government agencies and businesses accountable, bring women to full equality and provide equal access to jobs and resources for minorities.

Felicia is Founder and President of the Influencing Action Movement, Chair of the Philadelphia Commission on Women, 3rd Vice President of the Philadelphia NAACP and a walking Deacon at Salem Baptist Church of Jenkintown. She was named a Connector and Keeper by Leadership Philadelphia and is the 2017 Woman of Essence Award recipient by the Metropolitan Continental Society, 2016 Change Maker by the Black Women Leadership Council, 2016 Community Leader by Billy Penn and 2016 Unity in the Community Women’s HerStory Award Recipient. Felicia is also the co-founder of Philadelphia Voter Education Week and Vice President of Governance for the Spruce Foundation.

In addition to holding a BBA in Marketing from Howard University, she also holds a Certificate in Content Strategy from Northwestern University and M.A.Ed. in Organizational Development from Temple University.
