Influencing Action Movement (IAM) hosts youth forms throughout the year, providing an opportunity for middle school and high school age youth to voice their opinions and discuss critical issues such as education, media implications, bullying, fashion, and more.
The forum features a panel of influential leaders from the community. Youth learn to become advocates through their organizations and schools on issues impacting their personal and educational growth. In addition to the panel discussion student are required to attend two (2) 45-minute workshop sessions. The workshops are intended to teach students how to access and utilize the basic tools needed to begin advocating for resolutions to issues raised at the forum.
IAM Youth Forums are FREE! Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to forums or attend with a registered organization.
