One Day. 100+ Students. Endless Possibilities! 🙌🏾
In December 2025, Influencing Action Movement (IAM) brought together more than 100 students from across Philadelphia for our annual IAM Mentoring Youth Conference!
Through mentorship, meaningful conversations, professional development, and connections with inspiring leaders, we empowered the next generation to dream bigger, build confidence, and take action toward their futures.
Our mission continues beyond the conference—connecting young people to the relationships, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive.
