- Please complete online version.

PA Criminal Background: https://epatch.state.pa.us/Home.jsp
- Complete version for “Volunteers Only”.
- There is no charge for volunteer purposes.
- Email confirmation code or pdf copy of completion to fharris@influencingaction.org
FBI Fingerprinting: http://www.pa.cogentid.com/index.htm
- Must register online and then go to complete fingerprinting.
- Once completed, please email registration number or copy of receipt to fharris@influencingaction.org.
**For the Paying it Forward service commitment all clearances, or proof of completion, must be received by February 28, 2017.
