In June 2014, IAM launched a new initiative to support the professional growth and development of young professionals. As part of this initiative, IAM hosted a mentor-matching networking event designed to pair young professionals with seasoned professionals. Mentees also attended seminars where they learned first-hand how to manage and maximize their mentor relationships to advance their professional development.
